Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy addresses the information that we collect about you through your use of JODA Enterprises, LLC (hereafter “JODA”, “we”, “us” or “our”) mobile applications and website (collectively “Software”). This Policy is part of and incorporated into JODA’s Terms of Use, which govern your use of the Software.
If you are not comfortable with this Privacy Policy or JODA’s Terms of Use, please do not provide us with Personally Identifying Information (“PII”), or other information or content, and do not use the Software.
Information We Collect and Store

  • We will never rent or sell personally identifiable information to or share such PII with a third party.
  • We collect information from you when you register for or place an order through the Software. Information we request may include name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. We need this information to verify your billing status and then bill you for your purchases. We will then use your street address to ship you the products you purchase. We may retain this information for other uses as more fully set forth below;
  • We collect the information that you upload to the Software as described below in the section referring to User Submitted Content;
  • We may record log data in connection with your use of the Software, including information from your device, its software and your activity on the Software;
  • We may use “cookies” or other persistent identifiers to enhance your experience and gather information about visitors and visits to or use of the Software. Your web browser can be set to notify you when a cookie is received so that you may choose whether to accept it.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services through the Software. We may retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Personally Idenfitying Information
Personally identifying information (“PII”) is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person. Your submission of and our handling of PII is governed by this Privacy Policy and your submission of any such PII constitutes acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

We may use your PII for purposes such as responding to your requests, monitoring and providing the services inherent in the Software, maintaining your account, enforcing our rights and the rights of third parties, and investigating and ensuring compliance with the JODA Terms of Use and to contact you, if necessary, in relation to any of the foregoing.
Required Disclosure of PII
We may disclose your information and any materials you upload, when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, respond to subpoenas, legal document requests or court orders, enforce our Terms of Use, or this Privacy Policy, protect our or others’ rights, property, or safety, or prevent fraud or abuse of the Software.
